SMS Privacy Policy — Office appointment texts

This privacy policy applies only to the Master the Pattern office appointment SMS program sent from (234) 414-5659. It is separate from any other program or policy.

Who we are

This program is operated by Vibrational Solutions, LLC (Master the Pattern), 25 Old N Stamford Road, Stamford, CT 06905.

What we collect

We collect the name, mobile number, and optional email of people who opt in to office appointment texts, plus opt-in/opt-out keywords and the message metadata needed to send and stop texts.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to send appointment and office text messages from Dr. Adam Breiner’s office to the opted-in number. It is not marketing and is not third-party lead generation.

How we share it

Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. Twilio is the SMS delivery provider (a processor that transmits the messages), not a marketing partner.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to opt back in.
