Privacy Policy

Master the Pattern (“we”, “us”) is a private team-management platform operated by Dr. Adam Breiner (sole proprietor, dba Master the Pattern) at 501 Kings Hwy E #108, Fairfield, CT 06825. The platform is used by authorized OlivGlobal distributors to manage their own business activities. Access is invite-only.

Account information you provide when you accept an invite: full name, email address, personal cell phone number, hashed password.

Business data you enter as a team member: prospect contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, notes you record about your conversations), enrollment activity, leg-volume figures, customer counts, and any other metrics you choose to track.

Communications data: the full text of SMS messages sent and received through your assigned business number, the timestamp of each message, delivery status, and whether a recipient has opted out. Inbound SMS to your business number is also forwarded to your personal cell phone as a notification.

AI coach conversations: the prompts you send to the in-platform AI coach and the responses returned, stored so you can reference your own history.

Authentication and session data: cookies that keep you signed in, browser type and IP for security logging.

Your data is used solely to operate the platform for you: rendering your dashboard, sending the SMS messages you compose, generating AI drafts and coach responses, and providing the admin (Dr. Breiner) with team-wide visibility into messaging activity. We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it to target advertising.

Service providers (sub-processors). The platform runs on infrastructure we do not own. Your data is processed by:

• Supabase (database + authentication + real-time)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Twilio (SMS delivery and per-member number provisioning)
• Anthropic (AI model API for outreach drafts, placement recommendations, and the coach)
• Resend (email delivery, when used)

Each operates under their own published data-processing terms. We do not share your data with other third parties, except when required by law.

When you record a prospect's phone number, you confirm that the person provided their number directly to you and consented to receive SMS related to your prior conversation. Inbound SMS replies of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar keywords automatically flag the contact as opted out; subsequent sends to that number are blocked at the application layer. Twilio also enforces opt-out at the carrier layer. Opted-out contacts can text START to opt back in.

Standard message and data rates apply for SMS sent through your assigned business number. Twilio retains message metadata per its own retention policy.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Messages, prospect records, contact logs, AI coach conversations, and metrics are retained indefinitely as part of your business audit trail unless you delete them yourself (prospects, contact entries) or request account closure (full deletion).

You may export or delete any of your own prospect records, contact logs, and AI conversations from within the platform. To request a full export of all data associated with your account, or to request account deletion, email docadamb@gmail.com. Depending on your state of residence, additional rights may apply (CCPA, etc.); your attorney-reviewed final version of this policy should enumerate them.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (Supabase managed Postgres). Access controls (Row Level Security) limit each member to their own data; the admin can read across the team for operational oversight. The Twilio Auth Token, the Supabase service role key, and the Anthropic API key are server-only and never exposed in browser bundles. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

The platform is for adult use only and is not directed at children under 13. Do not record minors as prospects.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced inside the platform; the effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
