Terms of Service

Master the Pattern is a private team-management platform for authorized OlivGlobal distributors operated by Dr. Adam Breiner. It is invite-only and not a public service. By accepting an invite and creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You must be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) an actively enrolled OlivGlobal distributor or team affiliate, and (c) the recipient of a valid, unused invite token from the platform admin. Sharing your account credentials or invite token with anyone else is grounds for immediate termination.

You agree to use the platform only to:

• Manage your own prospect and team-member relationships related to your OlivGlobal business.
• Send SMS only to contacts who voluntarily provided their phone number to you and consented to be contacted.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately and never re-contact a person who has opted out.
• Refrain from sending unsolicited bulk messages, scraped contact lists, marketing to minors, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes a third party's rights.

You are individually responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and your state's analog for every SMS you send. The platform records consent-source notes you enter on each prospect and automatically blocks sends to opted-out contacts as a backstop, but those features do not substitute for your own compliance practices.

You will not use the platform to send promotional SMS campaigns, marketing blasts, or any messaging that would require formal A2P 10DLC marketing-use-case registration unless the admin has explicitly registered such a campaign on your behalf.

The platform includes AI-generated content (outreach drafts, placement recommendations, the strategy coach). The AI is instructed not to produce specific income projections or earnings claims. You agree that you will not edit AI output to add such claims before sending. All earnings examples shown elsewhere in the platform (e.g. the income calculator and earnings projector) are self-service tools that produce illustrative scenarios from numbers you enter — they are not predictions of actual income and may not be represented as such to any third party.

You retain ownership of the prospect records, contact logs, and AI conversations you create. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and display that data for the purpose of operating the platform for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We make a good-faith effort to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party-provider outages (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Anthropic, Resend), and force-majeure events may interrupt availability. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties beyond those required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) in the aggregate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the SMS or AI features, inactivity, or at the discretion of the admin. On termination, your assigned business phone number is released back to the provider and your inbound SMS forwarding stops. Your stored data is retained per the Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the platform; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
